Data Deletion Instructions

HONG KONG ZHANGHUII TECHNOLOGY LIMITED(“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides advertising technology, digital marketing, programmatic advertising, analytics, messaging, platform integration, and related technical services. This page explains how users and customers can request deletion of personal information associated with our services.

1. How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your personal information, please send an email to:

Please use the subject line: Data Deletion Request.

To help us locate and verify the relevant data, please include the following information where applicable:

Your full name Your business email address Your company name The service, website, app, or platform integration related to your request Your Meta, WhatsApp Business, Google, TikTok, Amazon, or other platform account information, if relevant A description of the data you would like deleted

2. Data That May Be Deleted

Depending on your relationship with us and the services used, we may delete or anonymize account information, contact information, support records, customer profile information, advertising campaign data, audience data, customer list data, conversion data, integration records, webhook events, API logs, WhatsApp Business Account-related metadata, phone number records, message template records, and other personal information associated with your verified request.

3. Meta and Third-Party Platform Data

If your request relates to Meta, WhatsApp Business Platform, Facebook Login, Instagram, Google, TikTok, NewsBreak,SmartNews or another third-party platform, you may also need to remove our app, integration, or access from your account settings on that platform.

For Meta-related integrations, you can review and remove connected apps or business integrations from your Meta or Facebook account settings. Removing access from a third-party platform may stop future data sharing with us, but you may still need to contact us to request deletion of data already stored in our systems.

4. Verification and Processing Time

We may need to verify your identity or authority before processing a deletion request. For business accounts, we may need to confirm that you are authorized to make the request on behalf of the relevant company or account.

We will respond to valid deletion requests within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable law. In many cases, we aim to process deletion requests within 30 days after verification.

5. Data We May Need to Retain

We may retain certain information where necessary to comply with legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, contractual, or regulatory obligations. We may also retain backup copies for a limited period before they are deleted or overwritten through our normal backup processes.

6. Customer-Controlled Data

Some data processed through our services is controlled by our business customers. If we process your data on behalf of one of our customers, we may direct your request to that customer or process the request according to that customer’s instructions.
